Phoenix Pwn Jailbreak iOS 9.3.5
While it seemed like jailbreaking methods were always one update behind the current build, the team over at Pangu have already released a jailbreak tool for iOS 9, and it works up to iOS 9.0.2. It is not available for iOS 9.1 through 9.2 yet, but we will update this guide when they are ready.

2. Next you'll need to download the latest version of Cydia Impactor as well.
3. With both the PhoenixPwn ipa and Cydia Impactor downloaded, connect the device to your computer, launch Impactor, and drag and drop the ipa into the Impactor application.

Step 4 Launch Phoenix, click 'Prepare for jailbreak', then Accept > Dismiss > Proceed with Jailbreak > Begin Installation > Use Provided Offsets. It will automatically reboot, your iDevice is jailbroken if there is a cydia icon on your home screen.
